Shipping Information
Once you have
placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation within
24-48 hours confirming your expected delivery. We make every
effort possible to fulfill your order promptly. Please allow two
to three
weeks for delivery as our diaper bags and accessories are all
hand made to your individual order specifications. Add one additional
week for destinations within the continental United States.
We offer free shipping within the Stratford City Limits
We ship all
our products via Canada Post Expedited Service unless otherwise
specified on your order. Delivery times are not guaranteed
by Canada Post so please allow ample time when ordering. Delivery
time is expressed in business days (Monday to Friday) so do not
include weekends in the expected delivery time. Shipping charges
are listed per parcels that weigh in the 2.0 kg to 5.5 kg range
and do not include areas serviced by air delivery. If your parcel
is oversized we will confirm the shipping charges with you before
processing your order. Please note that the prices quoted are
estimates and are subject to adjustment.

Caring for your Posh Mom Bags and Accessories.
Each one of our
items is carefully designed, hand cut and sewn with great attention
to detail. All of our fabrics are carefully selected for their
quality and fashionability. Most of the fabrics we use are pre-treated
with
stain guards but in order to extend the life of your bag, please
spot clean for regular maintenance with lukewarm water and mild
soap and dry clean when necessary. Be sure to test clean first.
Air dry and press lightly with a warm iron only.
Your change pad may be machine washed in cold
water with mild detergent, air or tumble dried and lightly pressed
with a warm iron only. Do
not try to press the nylon backing. Nylon is a synthetic plastic
material and it will melt.

Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with
your POSH MOM purchase, you may exchange your order within 14
days
of receipt of your shipment. We will issue an exchange of goods
only
if the item returned is in its original, unused condition. Shipping,
handling and duty charges are non-refundable unless we have
shipped it to you in error. Before returning your order, please
contact
POSH MOM by e-mailing us at poshmom@rogers.com to receive a
Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without
this
Authorization Number. In order for your return to be processed,
please complete
the Return Authorization Form and fax it back to us. If your
tote is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect, you may
return it to us for inspection whereupon, we will determine whether
or
not it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
When packing the item to be returned, do not bend or fold handbags
forcibly. Please write the return authorization number on the front
of the box. For your protection, we recommend that you ship prepaid,
insured and signature required with Canada Post or UPS. If you have
any questions, please email us at poshmom@rogers.com. Because each
tote is handmade to your individual order specifications, please
allow three to four weeks for your replacement. Please note that
there is a $25.00 handling fee for all exchanges and that the customer
is responsible for all other fees which may include but are not
limited to customs, brokerage, taxes, and other such handling charges.
We do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our diaper bags.
There are no returns or exchanges on Sale Merchandise.
